Terms of Service

By using Battleship you agree to these terms.

1. The game

Battleship is a free naval strategy game. Online features require an account and an internet connection and are provided “as is”, without guarantees of availability. When no other player is available for a quick battle, you may be matched with a computer-controlled opponent.

2. Your account

Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account.

3. Fair play and conduct

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, attack the service, or use offensive, impersonating or misleading display names or handles. We may rename, suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

4. Abandoned matches

Disconnecting never forfeits a match. A player who does not move for 72 hours in an active online match forfeits it; matches still in fleet placement after 24 hours are cancelled.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time (see account deletion).

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kodonic is not liable for indirect damages or lost game progress.
